This recurring client has continued to come back to Arrighi Construction for both renovation and new, ground up construction projects since 2004. A total of 8 projects have been completed to date covering over 100,000 square feet. Typical construction scope includes on each project new patient stations, new nurses stations, new administrative offices, restrooms and locker facilities for staff. RO lines are run as well as RO system rooms added in each facility. Most of these projects have a canopy for drivers on the exteriors for extra patient care and are constructed using a compressed construction schedule.
