This project entails a new, ground up facility covering over 58,000 square feet. This new nursing home also has a special wing for the long term care of alzheimer’s patients. The nursing home facility itself has 150 beds, spread over one story, with a building constructed of wood framing with a brick exterior. Entrance area consisting of cermaic tile flooring, coupled with oak framing and counters welcomes both visitors and residents. Full service kitchen preparing three meals a day for residents, along with a common area for entertainment and an exercise room were all included as part of the construction process.
