Total renovation of the entire first floor of existing facility. Patient rooms, nurses stations, waiting rooms, and patient holding areas are all included in the scope of this project.

This project is being completed for the LSU Foundation and is a private project. The construction schedule is fast track, short duration and the construction area is just under 4,000 square feet.
