Served as the construction manager on the historic Fairmont Hotel that was completely destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana. Construction site included two buildings, one was 14 stories, the other was 8 stories.

This was a renovation to all the individual guest rooms, ball rooms, removal and relocation of mechanical equipment and removal and relocation of electrical equipment.
