06/22/2010 - Group Industries Announces Promotion

(Baton Rouge, LA)-- Group Industries, LLC, Baton Rouge-based commercial and industrial construction company recently announced promotions.

Shane Kirkpatrick has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Kirkpatrick will be responsible for overseeing project management, estimating and running the day-to-day operations of Group Contractors as well as Arrighi Construction and will continue to handle promotions and marketing. Kirkpatrick was previously serving as Vice President - Operations.

Group Industries, LLC is located at 15055 Jefferson Highway and has offices in Louisiana and Texas. Founded in 1996, the company recorded over $100 million in revenue for two of the last three years. Group Industries now operates two subsidiary companies, Group Contractors, LLC, an industrial construction company and Arrighi Construction, LLC, a commercial construction company, all headquartered in Baton Rouge.
