This project is an existing shell space buildout of just under 14,000 square feet. Scope consists of 14 new patient rooms, nurses station, staff lounge and locker facilities, waiting rooms for hospital visitors.

New mechanical and electrical tie into existing hospital and medical gases are being run throughout the 4th floor. Also part of scope is adding new plumbing throughout 3rd floor patient rooms and operating rooms.
