Repentence Park was the third phase of Baton Rouge’s master plan to revitalize downtown Baton Rouge by creating functional outdoor spaces and where visitors, families and professionals can have a wonderful downtown space.  The park includes water features, a grand lawn that is shadowed by the Historic Old State Capital and great views of the downtown’s access to the Mississippi River.
